Track record on Futures and Forex at Stocktwits

Format of real-time trades to stocktwits main board Edit
Any comments or notes will be posted to the google group thread http://bit.ly/c06iM7 after a real-time trade is made. All tickers designated with a '$' sign will be posted to the main board for that ticker. Posting "tr.33 $EURUSD long at market" from http://stocktwits.com/stephanusR will result in the traded being be posted to http://twitter.com/stephanusR and http://stocktwits.com/symbol/EURUSD
- tr.x $ticker long short at market. All trades are at market.
- Example: tr.33 $EURUSD long at market
- Example: tr.34 $GBPUSD short at market
Trade clusters can also be given within a one hour period. Should an additional position be given it is numerically incremented with the 'a' symbol affixed to indicate that the trade is part of a trade-cluster in this one hour trading period.
tr.33 $EURUSD long market , tr.34a $EURUSD long market , tr.35a $EURUSD long market would mean three separate long entries on Euro at different times within a one hour period according to my strategy. No more than three open positions at any time.
- Example tr.33 $EURUSD long at market given at 10:10 AM
- Example tr.34a $EURUSD long at market at 10:30 AM
- Example tr.35a $EURUSD long at market at 10:40 AM
Trades posted to Twitter only from Stocktwits Edit
Not all real-time trades will be posted to the main board(http://stocktwits.com/symbol/EURUSD) but will only be logged at http://stocktwits.com/stephanusR, because it could be inappropriate to make five posts a day to the main board. If you follow the trades via http://twitter.com/stephanusR it wouldn't make any difference though, they are still time stamped by Stocktwits. The trades will still be given in incremental numerical order. This will enable one to download all the trades from twitter and plot them in Excel to verify or double check that the track record of 46 winning trades out of 51(thus far) or 90% is indeed true.
Trades will be given in an abbreviated format
- tr.34 $EURUSD long at market -> '34 eu long' . The key word pair (eu long) indicates a real-time eurusd long trade.
- tr.34 $USDJPY long at market -> '34 yp long'.
- tr.34 $GBPUSD long at market -> '34 gb long' .
- tr.34 $CL_F long at market -> '34 cl long'.
- tr.34 $ES_F long at market -> '34 es long'.
- tr.34 $USDCHF long at market -> '34 ch long'.
- tr.34 $USDCAD long at market -> '34 cd long'.
Stop loss at entry Edit
Most of the trades generates a draw down of 10pips only, many have a zero draw down. As a general rule two additional open positions should be opened up to 20 pips from original entry, each with a 30pip stop loss.
- EURUSD, USDJPY , USDCHF stop loss at entry 30pips.
- Oil stop loss 100pips. The oil trades rally between 50 and 100 pips on average from entry point.
- E-mini 60 pips or 6 points. (1032 - 1038).
- GBPJPY, GBPUSD stop loss at 60pips.
